Příznivci world music se v sobotu 15. června sešli v pražském parku Ladronka. Krátce po druhé hodině odstartoval šestnáctý ročník Respect festivalu. Program zahájila kapela MLM, následoval íránský hudebník Mohamad Reza Mortazavi a Hasna El Becharia z Alžírska. Své umění předvedl i Petr Nikl a skupina Salao & Jaco Abel.
